The Non-localizable property lets you set the field’s data only in the master-language entry. That means it cannot be edited (or translated) in the localized copies of the entry.
The field data that you provide in the master-language entry will be reflected in all localized copies of the entry. The field remains in the disabled (non-editable) mode in the localized entries.
Warning: If you edit the data of a Non-localizable field in the master-language entry and save the entry, it will automatically update the field data in all the localized copies of the entry and the version number of localized entries will increment by 1.
The following types of fields CANNOT be marked as Non-localizable:
